Before doing so, please verify with the leasing office that the apartment you are interested in, is still available. You will need the correct apartment number and rent amount to enter in during the application process. Please also make sure that you have all personal documents ready, such as proof of income and your photo I.D.

There is an application fee of $50.00 that will be owed for anyone who is financially responsible for the home. Payment must be submitted in order to finalize the application. We are unfortunately not able to process any refunds, so be sure that you are applying for the correct/available home.

Once your application has been submitted, a leasing agent will reach out to you immediately to review the next steps while your screening is pending. The apartment will be taken off the market and held for you until move-in.
